Power and Destruction

What are the typical consequences of such extravagant ambition?Instead of watching the consequences we need to take a look what cause them to happen. The thirst of power is very common among people. Who doesn’t want to rule a place, set his or her own rules, and changing things as liked. The thought of an incredible amount of power is tempting to a human mind and usually is a goal trying to be achieved by many.

Throughout history few are given the power to control their destinies. But, such who are willing to do so manage to find the way to do it in the way they feell comfortable with it. So much power has lead not only humans but a complete country to its own destruction.

The ability to control others and do with them what you pleased is a power so great that lead people to madness. The extravagant amount of power present in a person is very difficult to control and often it lead to results that can be fatal. There is not a manual of how to control power and how to avoid failure.

WIth great power comes great responsability so we can infer that a person who receives power at a young age is probably and more like to end with a fatal result. It not only control its own decision but also the ones from others who are willing to follow him. When we saw someone with great power we think of an old king or ruler, so it depend greatly on the experienced.

Experiences are encounter through life some of them are magnificent others are devasting to our mind and thoughts. How manage each situation can lead to the form of critical thinking in our own actions and can lead to the desired achievement. It is a complicated idea to analyze but can have an major effect in our own lives.{

In conclusion, men and women who are not able to control the amount of power they had result in a situation where fatal results can occur. With a controlled power and the necesarry experienced we can create and achieve goals, not only for ourselves but also for others who believe in us. And would like to end by the quote we can find in Spiderman: “With great power, comes great responsability”.

Crime and Consequence

Have you ever wondered how just one action -whether tremendous or trivial- might affect the entire course of your life? A single decision or idea can change the complete path in your life. When try to take our decisions we should think critically in order to take the right alternative and not affecting directly the path of our lives.

Could one selfish impulse lead to a chain of decisions you will reflect on with the greatest anguish? yes, when a decision is taken with an emotion between it, the results most of the time reflect the lack of thinking while taking the decision.

The seeds of tragedy often lie in the most insignificant or excusable actions.  When we think and analyze the result of our actions we manage to find that most of our actions have a consequence in our future and also in our next decision we need to take.

The seeds of tragedy are usually not seem by not measuring the consequences it can have in our own lives. By doing a simple action as driving fast can affect our whole life immediately and also the lifes of others.

When we analyze the impact of any insignificant decision and action we take in our lives, we can notice the effect it have in our continous future. It can mark a period when  everything meant to be the consequence of such little action.

The seeds of tragedy is a concept that group a serie of events that have a major effect in our lives resulting in a painful consequence. When we realize what was the decision was that we wrongly take we can try to resolve the problem in that was created by such action.

In conclusion, the seeds of tragedy can be planted by a simple action we take during our lives that can have a major effect in our future and also in the future of others persons. We can change such actions by analyzing critically our next thought, action and activity we take during our future.

Reading your poem and your ideas of going to war and changing my love for it, its difficult to process in my mind. Everything I have done for you and that’s the way you think is that pay for all of it? Its ridiculous trying to think that I can control you and that I can change your biggest and warmest desires for war.

When I think about the beuty that is present in you all I manage to find is the sadness in me. It is very difficult to acquire the idea of not seeing your for a long time. The only desire in me is to see you again and watch you return again to my arms. Also I wish to hug you as long as possible and express of my love kept in my heart for a long time.

My love for you is so strong and big that I will accept any desire and any belief present in your mind. I wont lie and tell you that you can go without making me feel sad and desolated but, as long as you are happy my hear will dance in joy with you.

The Poem Across Time

The poem “To Althea, From Prison” is a poem that can be used to refer to the actual century and our modern world. The poem is one of liberty, free will and a soul full of love. It can be applied to the twentieth century because people actually goes to jail and is imprisioned there for a long time. But, the soul and love is always free.

The idea of being trapped in jail, cage or somewhere else is something possible that can occur at any time to a person who live a desorganize life, like the author of the poem “To Althea, From Prison”. This actions and modern world practices can be expressed in the poem and can have a great effect in most of the people who manage to understand the message printed out in the poem.

When we analyze the poem we can infer that the author is desperate for his love and that he would manage to find out a way to express it from jail. Many persons are willing to find out how to express their love to the world and especially to his or her lover. And, what a better way of expressing things that with a poem about a free soul.

There is something true about the poem, and that is that we cant imprisioned a soul. A soul is something so precious to the body that cant be imprisiones somewhere else. When we take a look about the real thruth about a soul we can imagine the power it has in ourselves and all the emotions that are with it.

In conclusion, the poem can be applied to a situation in this twentieth century and can be used to express feeling kept in our souls. Also, the idea of imprisioning a soul is something pathetic and impossible because as long as the desire of libery is kept in our lives the sould and love can´t be imprisioned.

Ben Jonson resolves never again to love so strongly, because his loss is unbearable. What do you think of this resolution? What effect could it have on him? The attitude tacked by Ben Johnson is based on the feelings of pain he still feel. The resolution is a little foolish because the pain will only grow more. When the idea of trying to don´t love someone is ridiculous and will probably be impossible for someone.

The major effect that Ben Johnson will receive when he tried to love never again is pain and a feeling of loneliness. He will be walking in the world like a ghost. The feelings of sadness will enter his heart and will cause him even more pain by trying to do something in protection as it is never loving someone else.

When we loss someone what we need to do is control our feelings and get help. By trying to resolve situations by our own we can take by decision lead by pain and anger, and this solutions can lead to more pain in  our hearts and many feelings of sadness.

In to Celia “love as the soul’s thirst”

Ben Johson defines use the metaphor “love as the soul’s thirst” in the poem Celia to express his opinions about love. Love is the syrup and water for the soul and its the feeling that every human is looking for. The poem express many metaphor like this to express the same idea of a person desire for love.

We can infer that the author is in love with someone because of the tone used to express what he is feeling. Love is defined as something precious and necesary in life. He is willing to find that divine feeling in this girl he is loving. He also express that things change because of love experienced and the sensation of love in our hearts.

Love can also be defined as the feeling that maintain our hearts alive. It maintain our hearts functioning constantly without hesitating. Love is special in the way we manage things and ideas and its a great influenced in the decisions we took. Love is a passion and desire that lead sometime to rushy decisions.

1) No, but some taunts of death were very amazing and interesting about life. The one that says one short sleep past, wer wake eternally seems to be the most interesting for me.

2) Because doesn´t have too much power. Desperate men, disease and kings.

Throughout your life you can find many situations that can be described as happy and joyful. But what make the situation, place, or time, happy? probably is the people you are with, or the things you do, or the new sensation of an experience. Pleasures and happines are always join by a bond and can be sometimes mystake by their similarities, but they are very different. In order to find out when and where I am the happiest, first I need to find out what factors lead to that happiness in order to get a very understanding about things I like and enjoy.

1) What is your reaction to this poem? Is it offensive to women, funny, both, or something else? This poem make me think and analyze the situation that was lived by men at that time. Its an offensive poem for a women because generalize all unfaithful ones as a whole. But at the same time can make the poem funny.

2) Hyperboles or exagerations in the poem. Ride ten thousand days and nights its an exageration in the poem and we can appreciate the impact it has in the poem. Lives a woman true and fair its making the concept of a true and a fair women as a unnatural thing. GO and catch a falling star, Get with child a mandrake root, Or who cleft the devil’s foot are also hyperboles and exagerrations in the poem.
3) To whom is this speaker talking? What do you think might have occasioned the poem? The speaker is speaking to both men and women. Its talking to men when it mentioned that is more easy to catch a falling star than to find an honest faithful women. And he is talking to women when he start to talk about the strategies they used to lead a men to emotional pain. The poem might have been ocassioned by a unfaithful women to the writer.

4) In the second stanza, what does the speaker say his listener will diescover about a woman both true and fair? Swears and lies and the strange wonders that befell thee.

5)  What hyperboles do you see in love songs, whether modern or from other times? How do the sentiments in Donne’s song compare with those in love songs? Hyperboles such as cold as ice, love is too deep, etc. He express sentiments in a very painful way and its tryin to persuade others that women are liers and always unfaithful.
